The Gospel: Where Do We Start?

In my last article, we ended with the question, “Where should we start to learn the one gospel?” The answer is twofold:

Read the Bible, Not Life

Life is hard to read.  After much prayer, I found a girl last year I thought was the one.  I was sure of it.  I thanked God daily for her and we even talked marriage.  Then it was over.  Why?  What does that mean?  What is God trying to tell me? I can guess, but I don’t know.  Life is hard to read.   Continue reading Read the Bible, Not Life

Welcome to Life with the Living Word!  The Bible is unlike any other book.  Since all Scripture is “God-breathed” (2 Timothy 3:16), it’s alive!  God promised, “My Word will not return to Me empty without accomplishing what I desire.” (Isaiah 55:11).

To the spiritually dead, God said “O dry bones, hear the word of the LORD.  I will cause breath to enter you that you may come to life!” (Ezekiel 37:4-5).  It’s “living and active” (Hebrews 4:12) and it “performs its work” in our hearts (1 Thessalonians 2:12).

This ancient book isn’t just about ancient people; it’s about you and me.  It has power to change our lives today!

What would your life look like if every aspect was permeated by the Word of God?  What work could God perform in your heart?  What purpose could He accomplish in your life?  We’ve created this blog to help you find out.

We want to help you experience life with the living Word.  We want to show you how the Bible enriches every aspect of life; your jobs, marriages, relationships with friends and family, businesses, churches, money, feelings, thoughts, and souls.  There is no more fulfilling life than life with the Living Word, and we can’t wait to take this journey with you!
